Here's all the information about how long we take to ship items, how we ship them and what to do if unfortunately you need to return the item.

Allow up to two weeks from date of order. We'll notify you once your item has shipped.
All boards are couriered and a signature will be required on delivery.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days in perfect condition and in the correct packaging.
Please email for a returns request.
You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item and will also be responsible while it is in transit. We recommend sending it back insured and signed for.
If you miss a delivery and forget to re-arrange redelivery and the product is returned to us, you'll be responsible for new delivery charges.
We are not responsible if you supply the wrong delivery address.
Items must be wrapped and packaged how you received them (bubble wrap, foam lining and corner protectors.)
Custom orders cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. Once we've received the item we'll issue a refund within 2-3 days.
Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of ordering.
